v The Arafa Institute for Teacher Education follows a democratic and participatory mode of governance with all stakeholders participating actively in its administration.  

v Our Governing Body is highly committed and dedicated to the service of catering to the contemporary requirement for higher education. The management gives sufficient freedom to the principal to function in order to fulfill the vision and mission of the college.  The management provides required infrastructure for proper functioning of the institute.  

v There is a quality policy for the college.  The responsibilities of each member are communicated to the faculty through regular staff meetings.  

v The top management, Principal and faculty of the college are committed to plan, implement, document and continually improve effectiveness through a Quality Management System.  

v The Decision-making body of the college is committed to ensuring conformity and compliance to international standards.
